The following are the terms of the contract to establish trade between <House/City name> and <House/City name>.
An import tax of 8% is levied on all goods coming into <City name>.
An export tax of 5% is levied on all goods leaving <City name>.
Loss of goods, including but not limited to breakage, spoilage, raid or piracy, is the sole responsibility of the originating port or merchant, henceforth known as <City or Merchant name>.
Payment of goods is due on receipt after inspection and a proper of the bill of lading is shown.
Once payment is made and the affixing of recievers name to the bill of lading is complete, any loss, including but not limited to breakage, spoilage, theft, raid, or piracy, is the sole responsibility of the recipient, henceforth known as <Merchant or City name>.
Affixing of signatures below is legal acceptance of the aforementioned terms and takes effect immediately.
On this day, (mun date), the slave known as (slave), is hereby granted his/her freedom by the removal of my collar and any claim I (owners name) previously held over (slave).
(slave) is now a free person of no caste or Home Stone, and as such is considered an outlaw and no longer under my protection. His/her name after manumission shall be (new name).
